You can delete your ENDIA FLOW account at any time.
1. How to delete your account
You can request account deletion:
- through the in-App account deletion flow; or
- through the public account-deletion page on endiaflow.com, following the verification steps shown there.
We may ask you to sign in or provide information needed to verify that the deletion request belongs to you.
For assistance, contact support@endiaflow.com. In-App deletion takes effect when the flow completes.
2. What is deleted
When account deletion is completed, ENDIA deletes or requests deletion of the ENDIA-controlled account information associated with that account, including:
- your Firebase Authentication account;
- your Firestore account data associated with the account;
- the corresponding RevenueCat customer profile associated with your ENDIA App User ID, where technically applicable.
If you delete your account from inside the App, ENDIA also removes ENDIA data stored locally on that device, including local rhythm-reference data and local session history.
3. What the website cannot remove from your device
The web deletion path can act on account-linked cloud information, but a website cannot directly erase information that remains only on a phone or tablet in your possession.
Device-only information may include:
- local readings;
- local rhythm-reference data;
- session history;
- other ENDIA information stored only on that device.
To remove remaining device-only information, use the in-App deletion flow on that device, uninstall the App, or use any available app-data removal controls provided by your device.
Deleting your account does not delete information stored in Apple Health, Health Connect, or your wearable’s own app. ENDIA does not control that information.
4. Subscriptions are separate
Deleting your ENDIA FLOW account does not cancel an active subscription with Google Play or the Apple App Store.
To stop future renewal charges, manage or cancel the subscription directly through the applicable app store where you purchased it.
Billing, tax, fraud-prevention, app-store, or other purchase records may remain with Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other providers where required by applicable law, applicable app-store rules, or legitimate record-keeping requirements.
5. Separate website signups
If you also joined a separate ENDIA FLOW website signup, mailing list, or similar list, deleting your App account does not automatically remove that separate signup.
To request removal from a separate website list, contact privacy@endiaflow.com or use any unsubscribe method provided with that communication.
6. After deletion and Restore Purchases
After deletion, the deleted ENDIA account is not restored if you later sign in again.
A later signup creates a new ENDIA account.
If your app-store account still has an eligible active subscription, Restore Purchases may be able to attach that app-store entitlement to the new ENDIA account, subject to the applicable app store and RevenueCat rules.
Restore Purchases does not revive the deleted ENDIA account and does not reset a trial that the applicable app store considers already used.
7. Limited retention
We do not keep scheduled backups. Some limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, regulatory, dispute-resolution, or similar compliance purposes.
Any such retention is limited to what is necessary and is described further in the Privacy Policy and, where it applies, the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
8. Privacy and deletion requests
For privacy or deletion requests that you cannot complete through the App or Website, contact privacy@endiaflow.com.
We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
